Registration fee

The attendance of the school (scientific attendance, accomodation and board) is free of charge. Participants wishing to stay before Sunday evening 2 June, or after Saturday 8 June at lunch time, can do so, but will then be asked to cover their own additional expenses. Students will be fully reimbursed for their accomodation and board if they share a double room, otherwise they need to cover the difference for a single room occupancy.

Registration procedure

The attendance to the school is strictly limited to 35 students, so there will be a selection; applicants are first requested to register before January 31, 2013. During the registration process, you will be asked about your research field (just give a few keywords) and about your motivation to attend this school (a couple of sentences is fine).

Those who are accepted will be asked shortly afterwards to complete their application. The overall selection criterion is the likely benefit of your research from participating in this school. However, we shall also seek, whenever possible, geographical and gender balance.
